z’Up North agent completes certifications

Julian “Joe” Rasmusson of z’Up North completed three more designations to add to his repertoire.

Rasmusson completed and received his Real Estate Negotiator Certificate, Business Development Certificate, Inside Sales Certificate and completed is C2EX Realtor’s Commitment To Excellence certificate. Andrea Zupancich, owner and broker, also recently completed the C2EX Commitment To Excellence certificate.

Rasmusson joined the z’Up North team about three years ago but was a licensed agent in the Twin Cities prior to that.

“Customer service and attention to detail is one of Joe’s great assets.” said Zupancich. “He genuinely cares about every one of his clients and coworkers and I am so thankful to have him on board with us. I couldn’t have found a better agent.”

Rasmusson works primarily out of the Ely office with Jodi Nyman and Misty Merhar, both Ely natives.

C2EX commitment to excellence certificate that both Zupancich and Rasmusson completed is a series of actual work in the public, volunteering, working with buyers and sellers and proof of transactions. In 2023 Zupancich also completed her Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Certified Real Estate Broker Manager (CRB). Two other agents within the company also have their GRI are Kim Borgeson and Sheri Israel. Jodi Nyman completed her At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certificate.

“Any educational opportunities, whether real life or in school are the true foundation for knowledge and skills. It’s one of the biggest investments in oneself. I love being part of helping make that dream come true and serve our clients and customers,” said Rasmusson. “I wanted to be able to be at my very best for my customers, and I’m looking forward to earning more certificates. Each one I learn more and more things that they just don’t teach you in the regular courses we need to get our license.” z’Up North Realty has been serving the Range area for over 15 years. Zupancich started in 2009 with an office in Babbitt and three agents and since has expanded to Ely, Aurora, Virginia and now Tower and has 16 agents working the Range.
