Perfect 50 for Ely’s Talan Hart

At the first “3D” event of the season, Talan Hart finished with a perfect score of 50 at the antelope on the way to a first-place middle school boys finish.

A perfect score was the highlight as Ely’s End of the Road Archers had another impressive day at a tournament in Hibbing.

At the first “3D” event of the season, Talan Hart finished with a perfect score of 50 at the antelope on the way to a first-place middle school boys finish.

Hart was third overall among the boys, and five Ely archers earned medals on the day and Ely’s middle school team brought home a third-place finish.

Hart showed up ready to shoot his 3D personal best and had a score of 277 for the day.

Sabrah Hart, meanwhile, opened her 3D career with a score of 271, which was good for fifth place among high school girls and sixth overall.

Aspen MacCoy scored herself a second-place finish in the fourth grade girls division, while fourth-graders Garen Weisinger and Ryker Hart were in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

Archers joining Talan Hart in shooting their 3D personal best were: Grady Anderson, Annika Eastham, Elliot Eastham, Laydan Hart, Hannah Ice, Liam Kurnava and Ryann Schlosser.
