Ely Short Term Rental Notice

The City of Ely is now approaching its allowable Short Term Rental threshold. There are currently less than 10(ten) spots available for Short Term Rental properties to be located within the residential districts of Ely. As a reminder; those properties who are found to be renting without the necessary city and state documentation will be subject to a $700.00 fine per occurrence.
