Letter to the editor: Confused, So after Oct. 7th, 2023 in a sovereign nation named Israel, we as Christians are supposed to sit aside and just agree with extreme persons protesting against the Jewish state after succumbing to such atrocious acts of violence? I find it strange that lately we find many universities (mainly students) playing host to riots and political games, when, it’s the sole purpose to get and/or supply an education, no more, no less. To top this debauchery off, we as taxpaying citizens are supposed to be OK with government funded student forgiveness debt? We must all remember that the government IS us, and funded BY us, every penny we spend today is someone else’s debt in our future. We the people must not succumb to ignorance.
