…to normal in Northeastern Minnesota?
Editor: This past Monday, I was in Duluth for surgery. Upon leaving the facility, I noticed a Subaru in the parking lot without any environmental extremist or eco-terrorist bumper stackers slapped on its tailgate.
I thought...is that a positive sign that we are returning back to normal in Northeastern Minnesota?
