Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital held a Healthcare Career Day at the Ely High School for 10th-12th grade on April 17. There were various stations on different healthcare related topics:

• Surgery - Skills: Ultrasound, Intubation, & Surgical Set Up/Info on Surgical Technician and Central Supply Technician Careers
• Pharmacy - Skills: Counting Medication & Prescription Refills/Info on Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician Careers
• Diagnostic Imaging Info on Diagnostic Imaging & Ultrasound/Info on Radiology Technician and Ultrasound Technician Careers
• Lab - Skills: Microbiology & Phlebotomy/Info on Hematology, Phlebotomy, Microbiology, & Blood Bank
• Rehabilitation - Skills: Grip Test & Flexibility Test There was also info on EBCH Summer Intern Program and Scrubs Camp.
