The Babbitt Public Library recently hosted Susan Hawkinson for a captivating presentation on her book, Timber Tales of Lumberjacks, Settlers, and LumberBarons in Northern Minnesota. Attendees were taken on a journey through the rich history of the region, brought to life through Susan’s storytelling and historical insights.As part of the event, a drawing was held for a copy of Susan’s book.
