YOUTH HUNT - Adliya Mackie, age 15, from Duluth, with a six point buck she shot up the Echo Trail at 9:30 a.m. on opening morning. She is the daughter of Adam Mackie of Ely.
YOUTH HUNT - Braden Teichert of Lino Lakes, MN, age 12, had a very successful hunting weekend in Ely. This was his first hunting experience for deer and grouse. He got a nice seven point buck on Saturday. He also got his first grouse over the weekend.YOUTH HUNT - Braden Jonas, age 12, of Ely got this eight pointer Saturday during the special youth deer hunt.
