WHEN: From 6:00-8:00 p.m. on March 11,12, 14, 18, 19, 21, 25, 26
WHERE: The class will be held at Vermilion Community College in classroom CL 104 located immediately on the left inside the main entrance doors (the entrance to the right of the entrance that leads to the gym).
WHO: Youth ages 11 and older by March 11 can attend firearms safety certification course and receive their certificate. The firearms safety certificate becomes valid at age 12. Please come with an adult to the March 11th class at 5:30 p.m. to complete the paperwork.
COST: Class and Field Day are FREE! There is a $7.50 fee when you apply for the permit online after the class. Students will be required to complete an additional field/ range experience that will be scheduled at a later date. Please sign up in the high school office.
