Tuesday August 13, 2024: The game of the day was called Shamble, 11 ladies golfed tonight. Everyone tees off and then moves their ball to the best drive. For the remainder of the hole everyone plays their own ball and everyone has their own score.
The winners in Group A were Brenda 46, Liisa 46, Joanie Y. 47. The winners in Group B were Sandy 50, Beth 52 and Sherry 53. The game of the day does not bring forth a low gross or low net game. The longest drive #5 was Joni S. And the longest putt for #4 was Liisa 4’4”.
Remember please sign up for our fall tournament Aug. 20 and 27. Please sign up by Friday so our activities committee can set it all in play. Our season was cut short when the course was flooded so here we are. Fall time came quickly. Thanks.
