Alexander Barker, a Bemidji State University student originally from Ely (55731), has earned BSU President’s Honor Roll honors for the Spring 2024 semester. To be eligible for the BSU President’s Honor Roll, students must earn a grade-point average of 4.0 for the semester and be enrolled in at least 12 credits of coursework. Barker was one of 390 students who earned Spring 2024 president’s list honors at BSU.
More than 10,600 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2024 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must earn a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work. From Ely: Courtney Eilrich, 3, Actuarial Science The following students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of Wisconsin-Superior for academic achievement during the Spring 2024 semester.To be named to the Dean’s List, students must have completed 12 degree-seeking semester credits and achieved at least a 3.50 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale). Students who achieve at a high level academically are recognized by the dean at the close of each semester. To be eligible for the Dean’s List, students must complete a minimum of 12 graded degree credits in that semester. Phoebe Helms, College of Letters and Science, Dean’s List The following students have been named to the Minnesota State University Moorhead dean’s list in recognition of academic achievement spring semester 2024. Students must maintain a 3.25 or higher grade-point average and carry 12 graded credits to qualify for the honor. From Ely: Maxibillion Thompson, Physics; from Embarrass: Kenzie Rasmussen, Nursing Catholic United Financial announced that Rachel Coughlin of Ely, has been awarded a 2024-2025 Post-High School Tuition Scholarship. Coughlin will attend University of Wisconsin-Madison. This scholarship will support her pursuit of completing a Data Science degree in the fall of 2024.
