…we need someone who will Keep America Great

Letter to the Editor With the election only about five months away and Memorial Day just a few days ago, I got me thinking about what qualities are important to have for a person running for president of the United States.

In my opinion, honesty, integrity, decency and a firm belief in America and the Constitution are some of the most important. We do not need to “Make America Great Again.” America is already the greatest nation in the world. We need someone who will Keep America Great. We do not need, someone who threatens to set aside the constitution if elected. We do not need someone who makes fun of people with disabilities. We definitely do not need someone who says that all of the incredibly brave men who died on the beach at Normandy during World War II were “Suckers and Losers.”

Just my opinion, but it is something to think about when you are casting your ballot.
