Letter to the Editor Dear Readers, Obama’s CIA Director illegally mobilized foreign spy agencies to target 26 Trump advisors to claim, falsely, that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin controlled Trump. They knowingly lied and used fake documents in the FISA court to spy on Trump’s campaign. Clinton paid for the fake Steele dossier to promote the Russia collusion hoax and 51 Democrat CIA operatives lied about the Hunter laptop so Biden could lie in the debates for the purpose of election interference.
Democrat Administration colluded with DHS and FBI to coerce social media platforms to suppress free speech regarding the Hunter laptop, CoVID truths, and the Russia collusion hoax for the purpose of election interference. The SCOTUS confirmed Democrat unconstitutional activities. Democrats have gone way beyond anything Trump when it comes to abusing political power. For example, after the Supreme Court ruled that Biden’s $167Billion student loan forgiveness was unconstitutional, he did so anyway. Vote buying? Conversely, Trump never violated any Supreme Court rulings.
Reportedly, evidence exists that the Biden administration worked with National Archives and DOJ to demand the Mar-A-Largo documents raid, motivated in order to recover documents related to the Russiagate hoax. Democrats using government agencies to relentlessly harass Trump and conservatives has undermined the rule of law, faith in the criminal justice system, and democratic norms.
Democrats continue to create new ways to weaponize government agencies against political opponents. Even CNN’s top legal scholar, Elie Honig, a former colleague of Bragg, said in New York Magazine, “Prosecutors Got Trump, But They Contorted the Law. The charges against Trump are obscure and nearly entirely unprecedented. In fact, no state prosecutor— in New York, or Wyoming, or anywhere has ever charged federal election laws as a direct or predicate state crime against anyone for anything. None. Ever.”
Honig went on to say, “The charges against Trump aren’t just unusual, they bespoke, seemingly crafted for the former president and nobody else. It’s best characterized as the Frankenstein case, cobbled together with ill-fitting parts into an ugly awkward, but more or less functioning contraption that just might ultimately turn on its creator.” Democrats need to beware of the seeds they sowed by turning the once respected justice system into a weaponized 3rd world banana republic kangaroo court to attack political opponents.
Manhattan Democrat Judge Juan Merchan donated to Democratic groups Act Blue, Stop Republicans, the Progressive Turnout Project, and whose daughter is a leading Democrat consultant and campaign fundraiser working for Biden, VP Harris, serial liar Schiff, and others. DOJ #3 prosecuted Trump for Bragg where 93% voted Democrat. DA Bragg campaigned on the promise to prosecute Trump, turning a misdemeanor of business records that already were sunset into a felony Democrats are unable to explain. Merchan told the jurors that they didn’t need to agree on what other crime Trump supposedly intended to or was just thinking he would commit.
Legal scholar Turley said, “At the start of closing arguments, most honest observers were still wondering what the prosecutors were alleging as to the crime that Trump was allegedly concealing with the falsification of business records.”
Biden said, “It’s reckless. It’s dangerous. It’s irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don’t like the verdict.” Democrats illegally protested in front of conservative SCOTUS justice homes, harassed them in public, and terrorized them with death threats because of a verdict they did not like. Democrat legislators vowed to pack the Supreme Court with liberals because of verdicts they do not like.
